Answer “Yes” or “No” to each of the items as you think they would actually respond, not the way you would like them to respond. You could test the accuracy of your self perception by asking some of them to give you feedback on the same items. 1. Often asks others for ideas and opinions 2. Maintains a generally positive and optimistic attitude even when things are difficult 3. Accepts that he or she makes mistakes and is willing to learn from them 4. Asks others for personal feedback 5. Welcomes questions about “Why” something has to be done 6. Is interested in and really listens to the opinions of others 7. Hears someone out when they voice disagreement, before he or she responds 8. Is a person others would ask for help in thinking through a problem 9. Is willing to listen to feedback, including negative feedback 10.
